Major Projects
Healthcare/Insurance

  • System re-design of BenefitMall’s award-winning quoting application (CRQS), used by brokers to provide custom Healthcare coverage proposals to clients.

  • Designed BenefitMall’s next-gen Benefits Administration system, providing an easy way for employees to enroll in and track their health and ancillary benefits

  • Designed the UI and back-end for a multi-million dollar rules engine used by both pharmacists and internal analysts to track drug utilization and interactions

  • Designed a Census Portal to allow Insurance Brokers and Employers the ability to collaborate on the collection of key Employee data.

 

Payroll

  • Generated an improved process for Pay Entry for BenefitMall’s CPO system, used by mid-size and large companies to enter and process payroll.

  • Designed the general theme for and provided oversight on the design of PayFocus, BenefitMall’s flagship Payroll system.

 

Human Resources

  • Designed an extensive human resource management system (HRMS) that integrated with BenefitMall’s PayFocus application. The HRMS includes features to hire and on-board employees, store documents, process time off requests, complete employee performance reviews, and generate compliance reports.

Commercial Lending

  • Designed an application to assist commercial lending relationship managers in creating loans, collecting necessary documentation, and updating client records to ensure compliance on outstanding loans.

Distribution Workflow

  • Designed a new sales-order and quote entry tool to reduce data entry, enhance usability, and decrease the number of steps required to generate an order.

  • Implemented a customizable workflow engine used to enhance sales orders and quoting.
